Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at our Site.  We realize that there are times that safety classes must be postponed or cancelled.  HERServices will work with you to reschedule your safety training classes and workshops to suit your schedule.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

CANCELLATIONS

Classes that are cancelled by HERServices and not rescheduled will be refunded 100%.

Classes that are cancelled by you will be refunded at a sliding schedule based on how close it is to the class scheduled training date.

  1. Four weeks prior to the class the refund will be 95% of the class costs
  2. Two weeks prior to the class the refund will be 90% of the class costs
  3. Up to three days before the class we will refund the class at 75% of the class costs as we would have already scheduled the instructor at this time.

Any person needing to change a course or reschedule the course to a different training date, may at the discretion of HERServices be enrolled in a future course offering at  the full course cost without any penalty.  HERServices may transfer the enrollment to the other future course selected at no additional fee.

REFUNDS ON PRODUCT

Once we have received your item, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you received a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
